Course Goal:
The course goal of the training is, that the student will be made aware of human behaviour, the accompanying limitations and the influence of human behaviour on the production process. And that this awareness, the students ables themselves to decrease the negative consequences of human actions. At the end of this training the student is aware of the human behaviour in relation to the productionprocess. He / she will be able to decrease the negative consequences of human acting.
Course content:
Many accidents and incidents in the aviation branche, arise by human faults and shortcomings. To be as alert as possible of these issues, and to avoid as many human faults as possible, the Human Factors training has been developed. Human Factors is about people; the manintenance technicians, the air traffic control, manufacturers, legislators. Everybody who has something do to with protocol and procedures within aviation. And what is just as important; it is about associating with other people. The contact between people who are the links in the whole process; from building an airplane to the flying itself and the maintenance of an airplane. In this training the following topics will be addressed: Human functioning with its limitations, self consiousness and taking responsiblity, related law and regulation, social psychology, the fysical (work) environment, human-machine interaction, provision of information and the risks at work.
